About This Coaching Package: Only found through Adventurous Life, this package includes your Core Values Index™ (CVI™) Assessment (about fifteen minutes to complete), your individualized full-report, and a video series created by Brian and Maryann, trained CVI consultants. In less than an hour, they will help you learn about the power of each core value and which are your specific motivators and drivers towards success. You will also discover your conflict points and the de-motivators that can hold you back. The CVI will help you understand your deep, internal-self which prescribes the behaviors and work that develop self-esteem, causing you to strive for those situations where you can make your highest contribution. This revolutionary human assessment provides a description of your innate, unchanging nature, which is different from personality and behavioral-based assessments. The CVI™ provides a 97.7% repeat-score reliability, year over year, while other assessments typically provide reliability between 60% and 80%. After completion of the Core Values Package, you may desire further coaching to apply the information you received about your Core Values Index in order to step forward in making your greatest contribution.
